0.6 Humanities Teacher

Contract: Part Time, Permanent (0.6 FTE)

Salary: MPR/UPR (FTE £30,000 to £46,525 / Actual £18,000 to £27,915)

Start date: September 2024

We are seeking a teacher of Humanities (although the successful candidate will teach a range of History, Geography and RPE) to join our school with a commitment to achieving the highest outcomes for all pupils. This is a great opportunity for an outstanding teacher to support us to continue to offer the high level of teaching that has been achieved thus far.

  • A teacher with high expectations for curriculum delivery and teaching and learning

  • A teacher who deliver high quality lessons that engage and challenge pupils

  • A teacher who is highly motivated


  • The school currently has 640 students. The school is just north of Bury St Edmunds and is a university style campus. The MAT is a Teaching Research school. CPD opportunities are widely available and actively encouraged across the Trust schools.
