'All Rounder'

An 'All Rounder' at Boulders is someone who works behind reception as well as does some instruction. No experience is necessary and all training is provided. The role will predominantly be weekday evenings, and weekends, specifically on Saturdays.

Key areas of responsibility / what to expect daily:

• Welcome visitors by greeting, advising, and always booking them into the facility with ease and professionalism.


• Follow all internal procedures when required to ensure customer safety.


• Perform other clerical receptionist duties associated with the front of desk duties.


• Deliver a range of climbing sessions, including 'give it a go' climbing and bouldering classes, adult classes, children's classes, and mixed groups.


• Actively work with colleagues towards achieving Boulders mission.


• Ensure that a professional manner is projected at all times.


• Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy.


• Make a range of hot drinks and serve cakes and snacks to customers (training will be provided)


• Any other duties as required.
