Assistant Principal - Oasis Academy Don Valley - (Internal only)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate leader to join our primary leadership team. You will have the skills to inspire and motivate our Children to excel during their time at Don Valley and to help shape them in becoming aspirational, informed, and compassionate global citizens as they gain a better understanding of the world around them and their role within it.

We are looking for an individual that can lead a specific phase, potentially KS1 or KS2 within primary whilst being an active member of our primary phase leadership team contributing to the overall leadership and management of the phase.

This role will also include leading a subject, leading the intent, implementation, and impact of this subject area. Additional responsibility may be added according to the needs of the academy. This will be a teaching post within the phase leading.
