Full Job Description

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of our active client, multichannel engagement strategy. You will be responsible for driving communications to our existing client base, with a clear focus on maximising uptake and ROI. You will champion our email nurture journeys and support our account development team in the implementation of strategies designed to build trust, advocacy, and long-term relationships. Working with B2B Marketing Manager and fellow B2B Marketing Executive, you'll also support in creating engaging, results-driven acquisition campaigns.

As part of a wider marketing function, you will work hand in hand with the B2C and digital teams to achieve the overarching marketing goals of the business.

You will report to the B2B Marketing Manager.,

  • Work closely with the B2B Marketing Manager to achieve annual client growth KPI's.

  • Oversee the delivery of an annual active client engagement plan, including identifying opportunities for events and webinars.

  • Create engaging marketing campaigns and competitions designed to build and nurture relationships with existing clients.

  • Take ownership of the delivery of all email communications to existing clients, including UniHomes' quarterly agent newsletter.

  • Work closely with the account management team to identify and capitalise on opportunities to maximise account growth.

  • Support with the creation of UniHomes' B2B website blog and subsequently propose and develop engaging content.

  • Manage the year-round delivery of UniHomes' sales enablement campaigns.

  • Manage and develop UniHomes' client resource centre.

  • Take ownership of marketing material orders and any special requests from clients.

  • Support the wider B2B Marketing team in the creation of both awareness and acquisition campaigns targeting prospective letting agents.

    Must have at least 3 years' experience as a Marketing Executive.

  • Experience of working within a similar, B2B-focused role.

  • Proven track-record of delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns.

  • Creativity, writing and design skills.

  • Commercial awareness.

  • Adaptability and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the skills to meticulously implement feedback.

  • Disciplined time management.

  • Teamworking skills.

  • Experience working within the student accommodation sector (preferrable).

  • Experience working within a marketing team.
