Baby Room Leader

We are seeking a dedicated Baby Room Leader to join our team at Little Lambs Longlevens. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess strong leadership skills, and have a passion for early childhood education., Lead in the managing of daily operations of the nursery or childcare facility
- Support and supervise children in various activities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members
- Help create and implement educational programs and activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Drive initiatives to enhance the learning experience for children
- Key holder

Do you have experience working with 0-2 years and are looking for the next step in your career? If so Little Lambs are looking for a Level 3 or above Room Leader for the baby room to join our busy, fun and enthusiastic team!!, Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment
- Knowledge of nursery or childcare best practices
- Minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Nursery: 2 years (required)
