Full Job Description

As a Bank Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey. You will work flexibly - as and when required by the service.

Rethink Mental Illness are hiring BANK Support Workers to join our team at Derwent Lodge, Derbyshire.

Rethink Mental Illness is an organisation whose common purpose is to help those who are severely impacted by mental illness.

Derwent Lodge is a 16-bed single-level building for male and female clients. It provides a welcoming, clean and comfortable environment with facilities that support recovery and increasing independence. All our CQC registered homes aim to help people move on to more independent accommodation by providing support that meets their changing needs. We believe in the involvement of individuals in the management of their own condition. This means offering a stable home life, either for the long or short term, for all those that need our help., We're Rethink Mental Illness, a leading charity provider of mental health services in England. We support thousands of people through our groups, services, policy, campaigns and advice and information.
