The Beauty Coach is an Ambassador of the brand's uniqueness. They provide Clarins "unlimited" customer experience, listening to their concerns, giving relevant beauty advice and making each client feel their best. In this role you will be working to achieve individual objectives as well as participating in team targets. You will be planning and implementing counter events and activities, maximizing new launches, and establishing and maintaining a client base.
Clarins will provide you with training across the full range of products and services - as well as the special natural ingredients that go into them
You don't need to have worked in beauty before, but you'll need a passion for skincare and make-up, an exceptional approach to customer service, and be ready to go the extra mile to make someone's day

Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Beauty Coach (37.5hrs/wk) based in H Beauty (Gateshead)
The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service, you'll develop skincare conversations with all your customers, engaging them in our brand journey and increasing product sales in the process.
What you'll do:
o Be responsible for maintaining a consistently high standard of customer service and product knowledge at all times
o Promote the unique brand differentiation and the link with the ingredient stories, product benefits and usage
o Create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the customer journey of the brand as a story whilst engaging with customers.
o Focus on customer loyalty, keeping customers returning to the brand
o Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges

o Passionate about skincare and beauty
o A confident and articulate communicator
o Comfortable in a target driven environment
o Pro-active and enjoy exploring new sales opportunities
o Customer-focused and results-oriented
You have:
o Experience in a hands on beauty or retail role with exceptional customer service skills
o Commercial awareness
o Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
o Ability to be flexible and work shifts including weekends and evening
