Full Job Description

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager, your main mission will be to support the branch operations department by carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, including the accurate recording and control of customer contracts, implementing the quality management system and managing inventory levels.

Your focus:

  • Enter hire agreements and return deliveries into the rental management system.

  • Process equipment transfers in the rental system.

  • Order/purchase goods (spare parts, PPE, consumables) and services (transportation, cleaning) on behalf of the Operations Manager.

  • Maintain the purchase order register and verify supplier invoices

  • Prepare the quarterly inventory and monitor discrepancies

  • Book our teams on customer deliveries

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and effectively

  • Respect the safety rules and internal procedures in force

    Successful completed a secondary level education

  • Professional experience in a demanding administrative support role

  • Experience in an industrial/technical environment is advantageous but not essential

  • Good oral and written communication skills are vital

  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn additional in-house software

  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and customer service skills

  • A desire to be a key part of our successful and busy team, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
