Job Overview

  • Maintain Facility Functionality: Ensure the corporate office facility operates smoothly by promptly addressing maintenance issues and performing necessary repairs.

  • Ensure Safety: Uphold a safe working environment for employees and visitors by identifying and addressing safety hazards and adhering to relevant regulations.

  • Enhance Appearance: Maintain the professional appearance of the office facility to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for occupants and guests.

  • Support Operations: Assist with various facility-related tasks to support the smooth functioning of office operations, events, and meetings.

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to employees by responding promptly to requests and inquiries related to facility maintenance and repairs.

  • Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the corporate office facility to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring attention.


  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, and addressing plumbing or electrical issues.

  • Event Support: Assist with setting up and arranging furniture, equipment, and signage for office events, meetings, and conferences.

  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following established protocols and procedures for handling equipment, materials, and hazardous substances.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels, and work orders to ensure efficient management of resources.

  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies, such as power outages, water leaks, or equipment malfunctions, to minimize disruptions and ensure the safety of occupants.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the facilities management team, supervisors, and employees to report maintenance issues, coordinate repairs, and provide updates on completed tasks.

  • Training and Development: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to facility maintenance and seek opportunities for professional development and training.

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the facilities management team and external contractors to complete projects and address complex maintenance issues as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of facility maintenance services through innovative solutions and process improvements.


  • Main Duties
  • Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.


  • Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, repairing fixtures, painting, and basic carpentry work.


  • Assist with setting up and arranging furniture and equipment for office events, meetings, and conferences.


  • Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks under the supervision of licensed professionals.


  • Respond promptly to employee requests and facility-related emergencies, providing timely solutions and excellent customer service.


  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.


  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing job duties, including the proper use and maintenance of equipment and personal protective gear.
