Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

Skills for Security will deliver the apprenticeship training, remotely, twice a month.

You will be required to complete all training tasks allocated during your dedicated tutor led meetings on MS Teams and gather any on the job evidence needed to supplement your studies.

The employer will train you on various areas, including:

- Taking and receiving calls

- Customer communication - calls, emails and face to face

- Health and safety management

- Vehicle management

- Quote generating

- Booking jobs and closing jobs

- Liaising with engineers

Communication skills, IT skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Administrative skills, GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4-9) Desired
GCSE or equivalent English Language (Grade 4-9) Desired
