Full Job Description

Within this role you will be assisting in the busy production office covering Logistics, planning, dealing with customers over the phone and via e-mail. Communicate with production staff, along with some procurement duties. Use of Microsoft office suite will be needed., We have a bespoke VCM system which you will be receive full training for. Communicating and Booking Transporters for the delivery of customers vehicles Arranging with Customers delivery dates for vehicles coming in. Booking vehicles on and offsite Emailing customers Updating and sending out weekly status reports Booking in customers vehicles for repairs Sending out parts for repairs As this is a brand new role it will progress.

Full in house training towards the successful completion of the Level 3 BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR standard which includes maths and English Functional Skills if applicable, GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4) Desired
GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4) Desired

Involvement of camera and DVR recording equipment is fast becoming the 'norm' for many emergency service and commercial vehicles, so as to record and transmit, where required, important and sometimes encrypted data to control/management centres. EVO Installs and commissions CCTV systems into a wide range of vehicles. Additionally it can provide a back-up service across the country that remedies the failure of such emergency service equipment on
vehicles, subject to respective maintenance agreements being in place. Other services offered include a total decommissioning programme for removal of all specialist equipment and liveries, with the option of transporting such vehicles to auction or other point of disposal.
