Caretaker Full Time 35 hrs per week

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the school by carrying out a range of caretaking and cleaning duties, including but not limited to compliance checks, safety & security (opening and closing) of the school. First line maintenance of the school premises and equipment. Other duties including porterage, minor repairs and some cleaning.

You will preferably hold a enhanced DBS check.
- You will have previous maintenance or good DIY experience.
- You will have cleaning experience
- You will be a good problem solver with an eye for detail.
- You will have good verbal communication skills with children and adults alike.
- You will be able to carry out a range of general maintenance tasks.
- You will be able to drive.
- You will be a pro-active self starter.,

Experience:

• Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)


• General Maintenance or DIY: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)


• Enhanced DBS (preferred)

  Part time hours are 20 hours per week by way of a split x 52 weeks. This is a permanent position., The role is a split shift; 0700 to 0900 and 1600 to 1800 Monday to Friday for 52 weeks.


Holiday entitlement is 20 days plus 8 days.
