Full Job Description
Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality
section.
Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing
Nigeria authentic dishes.
Preparing Nigeria's majorly Southeast dishes such as Edikaikong, Afang, Afia Efere (White Soup). Ofe Onugbu (Bitter Leaf Soup), Ofe Ukazi, Akpu, Nkwobi, Isi Ewu, Ubobok Ukom (Plantain Porridge), Ayan Ekpang (Cocoyam Pudding), and Edesi Isip (Native/Coconut Rice), Abacha/Ugba (African Salad).
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including allergens.
Monitoring portion and waste control.
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards.
