Full Job Description

Joining us as a Client Services Advisor means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday. Initially, you will work from our office with our fun and welcoming team just waiting to get to know you. Once you're feeling confident and your training and probation period is complete, the role will become hybrid if you wish, where you'll have the option to split your week with days in the office and working from home.

You will provide broking services to new and existing customers over the phone and by email. You will also provide direct support to customers and management to support the growth of the business., The role of a Client Services Advisor is to provide exceptional client service and support for consultants in the day to day running of their client portfolio. You will be the first point of contact for all client and Insurer queries and will use your initiative to provide support to both our clients and providers to keep them updated and provide a market leading customer experience. This includes proactively supporting policy renewals, new business and ensuring that we are compliant with processes and procedures, customer service standards, financial and Industry compliance regulations.

  • Providing support to clients and team members in the day to day running of clients/prospects portfolios including all appropriate actions for renewal and during the course of the year or as part of the new business process.

  • Act as first point of contact for client and insurer queries or issues as they arise.

  • Providing technical expertise and support to both internal and external customers and prospects.

  • Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, meeting agreed SLA's and keeping all parties updated.

  • Proactively start and manage the gathering of relevant data for client renewals and mid-term adjustments, ensuring accuracy at all times.

    Previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service.

  • Previous experience of working towards targets and measured Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Experience of commercial insurances or personal lines, ideally within a broking or Insurer environment.

  • Fully proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Previous experience of managing own workload.

  • High level of organisation and time management skills.
