Club Manager

Manage all aspects of club operations, including staff, activity running, safeguarding and dealing with parents and opening/closing the school.

- To provide safe, creative and appropriate play opportunities including preparing activities, organisation programmes and arranging equipment.

- To supervise Play Workers/Play leaders and support other team members in delivering top quality sessions with the children

- To be aware of and act in accordance with current legislation, good practice, club policies and procedures

- To promote the high standards of the club at all times to parents, staff and visitors

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Club Manager. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our club, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team., Must have Level 3 or above full and relevant childcare qualification

- Paediatric First Aid Qualification (12 hours) desirable (we can provide this)

- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar club desirable

- Strong drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic industry

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English

- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with members, staff, parents and visitor.
