Full Job Description

To access programs for machines and amend / re-write programs as necessary

Write new programs as required for new components

Setting of machines prior to use

Cut material to size using a variety of machines

Shape, bend, fold, punch and drill components

Works with a wide range of information requiring some interpretation

Needs to be able to program a range of CNC machines developing new products / programs as required on a frequent basis

CNC programming / extensive experience of machine activities. Completion of a recognised apprenticeship followed by 1 2 years post apprenticeship experience.
