    As a Level 3 Content Creator Apprentice, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their digital presence and supporting their fundraising activities. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop creative and technical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to meaningful causes.

    The arrival of an apprentice coincides with the development of a new fundraising strategy and new campaigns that will need to be created. You will focus on the creation and development of their website, social, and commencement of new email marketing to their extensive database, alongside working on their digital funding platforms.

    In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Content Creation Apprenticeship, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

    A Typical Day in the Job:
  • Support with the design and orientation of a new website

  • Create blogs, short-form video, conduct interviews for the website and socials

  • Upload content through chosen web provision

  • Support the Charity Manager in designing the annual calendar topics in line with charity operations and national health calendar events

  • Monitor the performance of both the digital, event, and legacy fundraising activities of the charity

  • Review monthly analytics from chosen platforms and fundraising campaigns


  • Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

  • Have a passion for being creative - knowledge of editing applications, such as Photoshop, Canva, and Premier Pro is welcomed

  • Understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Knowledge or understanding of Google Analytics is beneficial

  • GCSE Grade 4 English and 5 in Maths, You must have the right to work in the UK, and valid residency status to apply for this apprenticeship.

    Salary, Hours & Benefits:

  • Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1 Hour lunch)

  • £9,984 Per annum

  • Salary increasing to £13,104 after 6 months!

  • Free hospital parking
