Full Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to work within the rapidly expanding Purchase to Pay team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust based in the newly refurbished Finance and Procurement Business Unit at Trafford General Hospital. The team is responsible for the payment of over 250,000 invoices per annum, and is working to automate procedures throughout the department., As part of your duties, you will be working to match invoices to purchase orders, dealing with queries from suppliers and assisting colleagues throughout the Trust to ensure the smooth supply of goods and services into the Trust. Daily you will be working on Integra2, the Trust's financial ledger, alongside Microsoft Office programs and dealing with queries via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams.
