Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to join our team and help drive the business forward.

Customer Delivery Manager responsibilities

This role will report directly to the Head Of Customer Service.

  • Oversee the strategic management of operational teams, including scheduling, service, remedials, customer support and nationwide engineers across all product types;

  • Ensure teams are meeting their KPI's, particularly around service levels for contact and customer satisfaction;

  • Ensure effective planning and scheduling of installations are performed, particularly the proactive confirmation of appointments and booking of new installations;

  • Continuously improve the management of the service and breakdown teams, ensuring capacity meets the needs of sales;

  • Undertake demand and capacity analysis to match engineer availability with sales across all postcodes;

  • Identify and lead on process improvement and implementation.

    At least 5 years within a similar managerial role;

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and inspiring teams to perform;

  • Experience in strategic planning and project management;

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret, summarise and present data;

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills;

  • Possession of a strong technical skill set., Operations management: 5 years (required)
