Full Job Description

The position will offer the opportunity to work closely with the UK and Norway Information Management teams along with engineering disciplines as well as interacting with our Digitalisation team and to take on responsibility for data quality in projects and be an integrated part of the ongoing digitalisation initiatives.

As a member of the Information Management team in a project the main tasks will be:

  • Establish data quality scripts (SQL or GraphQL) and application consistency reports in support of multiple projects

  • Streamline the reporting for DQM issues to allow them to be published on a regular (weekly) basis

  • Follow up data quality and consistency reporting with engineering disciplines (present, agree mitigations)

  • Produce KPI/status reports related to data quality status

  • Continuously improve/develop the current data quality rules according to internal Project Execution Model (PEM) and Client's Life Cycle Information (LCI) requirements

  • Identify further opportunities and lead the development and implementation of automation, reporting and productivity improvement initiatives.

    Bachelor's Degree in science discipline or a non-technical degree

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with IT systems and application interfaces

  • Experience in use of Oracle/SQL, GraphQL and PowerBI

  • Experience from, or knowledge of, how engineering new build projects are carried out

  • Be familiar with Life Cycle Information (LCI) / Data Management and Technical Requirements, such as Engineering Numberings System (Tag coding standards)

  • A team spirit, but at the same time be able to work individually and take responsibility for your own tasks

  • Additionally experience in data warehouses, ETL processes and creating user-centric work processes / supporting low-code developments beneficial
