Day Nursery Manager

We are seeking a Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for young children. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education., Manage and lead a team of nursery staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement educational programmes in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of nursery staff
- Drive continuous improvement in nursery operations and quality of care

Experience working with children in a nursery setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Qualifications in childcare or early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff
- Valid driving licence for potential off-site activities
