Full Job Description

  • The setting and operation of various stamps across the facility. The role will involve hammer driving and tong work on 3-, 2- and 1-ton hammers.

  • To always work safely and follow all health and safety guidelines that are in place across the facility.

  • To achieve a level of productivity in line with Company targets.

  • Ensure that the routine checks of the associated equipment and machinery is carried out as prescribed in the various SOP's.

  • To report any operational issues to line management.

  • Adherence to the Companies Quality Management system.

  • Identify and support Continuous Improvement activities

  • Perform other related duties as required or as directed.

    Strong attention to detail, observational, organized.

  • Knowledge of health & safety.

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.

  • Good technical ability.


    • Educational/Training Requirement:
  • Knowledge of stamp process and procedures and compliance standards.


    • Experience:
  • Previous experience in forging running Aeromatic and Hand pulled drop stamps

  • Experience in AS9100/ISO13485/AS13100 regulated industries may be advantageous.
