Full Job Description
You will be responsible for the upkeep of the grounds and gardens of a high quality residential development of 12 properties for the over 55's in Sparkwell, between Plympton and Ivybridge.
- Great gardening/plant knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills?
- Sensible DIY abilities
The position is permanent, 16hrs per week,(20 hours per week Summer/ 12 hours per week Winter), pays £13.74 per hour & attracts 4 weeks paid annual leave pro-rata. There is no weekend working and applicants should hold a full driving license.
