Finance Officer

NJC Salary Scale - Grade 4 - Scale Points 8 - 14

Pro-rated salary £21,223 - £23,484

(Full Time Equivalent £24,702 - £27,334)

Salary will be pro-rated based on the number of hours and weeks worked per year.

37 hours per week - 8am -4pm Monday - Thursday 3.30 finish Friday

The National Church of England Academy are looking for someone to work closely with the Senior Finance Officer to ensure continued high-quality service delivery to our academy community. With a 'can do' and helpful attitude, we require someone with an eye for detail and accuracy. You will have excellent communication skills and be confident and polite when liaising with both internal and external parties, supporting various aspects of the finance process on a day to day basis.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of working in a busy financial environment with a sound level of general education include GCSE English and Maths (A

  • -C or equivalent), with proven ability to use a variety of computer applications, in particular Microsoft Office. Please refer to the full job description and person specification for further details on the essential and desirable requirements of this post.
