Food & Beverage Team Member.

Reporting to the Food Beverage Head of Department, Sangita Hiro-Thomas, you can expect your working day to include the following.

• Assist in delivering excellent, personalised guest service in all hotel food and beverage outlets, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.


• Maintain high service standards and uphold RBH's commitment to quality and guest service.


• Collaborate with the FB Manager to always ensure a seamless service.


• Collaborate with all hotel departments to always ensure coordination between each area of the business., To succeed in the role of Food Beverage Team Member, you will need the following qualities and skills.


• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


• Perform other tasks as directed by the FB Manager, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs.


• Adhere to company codes of conduct, policies and procedures maintaining integrity and professionalism in all guest and team interactions.


• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health, hygiene and safety protocols, ensuring all statutory training is completed in line with RBH standards.
