Full Job Description

To be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative and/or customer service support to respond to service specific needs including:

  • Inputting data onto computer systems

  • General office administration duties

  • Servicing meetings and greeting visitors

  • Dealing with customer requirements in a courteous and professional manner, taking advice from the Line Manager when appropriate

  • Attending appropriate training to achieve the agreed Apprenticeship qualifications and to support the role

  • Support colleagues from other departments in periods of high demand

  • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager

  • Communicate with internal/external partners, Location: Number One Riverside + potential other council sites Salary: £12,347 for 12 months, NMW for age for final 3 months Hours: 37 hours per week. 15 month contract The Authority operates a Smoke-Free Policy for all its employees and applies to any building and associated grounds within near the building, which is wholly owned, leased, or operated and occupied by Rochdale Borough Council.
