Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are a cleaning company based in Hutton,Essex looking for a motivated, reliable and experienced grounds maintenance operative and window cleaner to join one of our mobile cleaning teams. Your duties will include:

· Grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding and general grounds maintenance duties

· Gutter Clearance

· Window cleaning using Reach & Wash as well as conventional methods

· Good attention to detail

· Good verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work independently and use initiative

· To be reliable, responsible with a flexible approach to work

· You will be required to use heavy duty cleaning equipment and work at height.

· Experience in this role is essential however full training will be given.

· Driving licence is an advantage

· Working hours variable Monday - Friday with some early morning starts and weekend work.
