- NVQ 2/3 or equivalent experience in Groundworks (Construction and Civil Engineering Operations)/Building Maintenance or similar
- Experience with other trades such as carpentry or roofing would be highly beneficial
- Full clean UK driving licence (this will be checked with the DVLA)
- An up-to-date CSCS card and DBS check are preferred but not essential

What you'll be doing
As a skilled worker, you will complete a wide range of groundwork and building projects, maintenance and repair work. You will coordinate with the Contract Manager to understand the jobs allocated to you and to provide a high-quality service to our customers. High attention to detail is also required as you will be expected to maintain records of the jobs you attend.
You will have a groundworks and/or general building background, but additional trades experience such as bricklaying, carpentry, roofing etc would also be beneficial. Qualifications and technical skills we'd love to see include:
