Health Outcomes Delivery Lead

If you are a people person, with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of people in North Yorkshire, we'd love to talk to you about our Health Outcomes Delivery Lead position.

You will be responsible for delivering and supporting health inequality projects across North Yorkshire to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for people living across the region. A key focus will be on delivering a digital project, aiming to engage people with the NHS App.

The postholder will have experience of working with a wide range of people and will be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously. They will be comfortable hosting forums, both online and in person, and proactively work to include fair access for all. They will need to travel across certain specific areas in North Yorkshire.

The Health Outcomes Delivery Lead will help to build, facilitate and develop connections and networks in North Yorkshire. Your tasks will include communicating with internal staff, partners and stakeholders, liaising with our marketing team, coordinating communications, completing project reports and associated administrative tasks. If you are self-motivated and organised, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships with network members, public sector employees and appropriate agencies across a large geographical region, delivering exemplar stakeholder management, we would love to hear from you.
