Full Job Description

DFP Services provides reactive and maintenance solutions to our customers spreading across the North of England. Our customers range from some of the leading care home providers along with local NHS foundations, Councils, Police Constabulary's and Universities.

We have recently been nominated as one of the Fastest 50 growing companies in the region for the second year running and due to this success, we are looking to add to our Durham office, this is an ideal position for somebody looking for an exciting and rewarding role.

You will be responsible for planning and organising the maintenance and reactive visits via our in house software JobWatch, while following the working procedures and expectations that our valued customers expect. Also you would be required to carry out administrative daily tasks to ensure organisation levels are kept to our usual high standards.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Job tasks:

  • Logging reactive jobs and PPM on our in house system (Training Provided)

  • Monitoring the Helpdesk emails

  • Customer portal updates

  • Report to line manager on delivery of jobs.

  • Raising sales opportunities .

  • Achieve company KPI.

  • Taking inbound calls

  • Issuing purchase orders
