Hotel Receptionist

We are looking for the warmest, most hospitable people out there to join our team of experienced professionals, you will be helping to run a key part of our operation. Main duties will be checking guests in & out, handling calls and emails, being first point of contact for all guests walking through our front door.

· Knowledge of hotel systems beneficial, i.e., Rezlynx, Resdiary, Fresha

· Previous experience within hospitality or service-based industry

· Clear communication skills

· Very well organised & good people skills

· Warm and friendly personality

· Team player

· Punctual, reliable and trustworthy

· Sense of urgency & can do attitude,

  The Double Red Duke - A Country Creatures Pub, Restaurant & Rooms


Country Creatures opened The Double Red Duke in May 2021, a new addition to the family of pubs & inns overlooked by husband-and-wife duo, Sam & Georgie Pearman. The Duke boasts 19 bedrooms, Shepherds Hut Therapy room, Kitchen garden and a menu catered around open-fire cooking. Think beautiful traditional Cotswolds pub with a luxury new makeover.

Salary: £24,000 / Year; Plus Tronc approx. £6000pa, paid every last Friday of a month, Schedule/Working hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixture of early and late shifts (7.00-15.00 or 14.00-22.00) and some mid shifts as and when business requires, Benefits: Employee discount for food, drink, rooms & treatments, extra paid holiday day for every year worked (up to 5 max). Annual staff party. Wine & food training & tasting if of interest.
