Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking an HR & Office Generalist to join our team in Swansea, supporting both our Swansea and Redditch sites. Responsibilities:
What you'll do:

  • Employee Health & Safety (EHS): Lead initiatives to integrate health and safety into all HR processes and support the ThinkSafe framework.

  • Ethics Compliance: Facilitate quarterly compliance training and act as a role model for organizational integrity.

  • Resourcing: Manage recruitment efforts using modern tools and techniques to ensure a stellar candidate experience and compliance with recruitment standards.

  • Learning and Development: Assist in managing our performance management process and deliver on-site training as required.

  • Governance: Support internal audits and ensure compliance with all legal and operational standards concerning employment.

  • Employee Engagement: Drive activities aimed at improving employee engagement and handle employee relations matters effectively.

  • Travel Requirement: Monthly travel to Redditch for 2-3 days to support local HR activities face-to-face.

    What you'll bring:

  • Qualifications: UK HR Qualification (minimum CIPD Level 3) required.

  • Experience: Proven background in HR with strong understanding of UK employment law.

  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS systems like iCIMS and MEIS.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
