Inside Sales Associate Location:

Location: Nottingham, London or South East

With your keen eye for spotting business opportunities and passion for incredible customer service, you'll play a key role in expanding our services and maximising revenue. The location for this role is flexibile, but would be based in a UPS Facility.

Your Tasks

· Grow new and existing business, offering every customer a first-class experience

· Secure new customer accounts, integrating them smoothly into our operations and supporting them to fulfil their logistics requirements

· Maintain and monitor customer records and revenue to provide valuable business insights

Your Skills

· Proven business-to-business outbound telesales experience

· Logistics and supply chain experience is preferred, ideally within freight forwarding

· Excellent organisation and communication skills with experience creating and delivering presentations

· The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team

· A passion for showing initiative, solving problems and hitting targets

· Project and time management skills
