Maintenance Technician (Multi-skilled (Mechanical & Plumbing Bias)

The successful applicant will have recognized apprenticeship and hold a City & Guilds Certificate or equivalent NVQ qualifications. The post holder will be required to undertake rostered overtime. The Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and promote safeguarding by implementing the Trusts policies and procedures, acting promptly on concerns, communicating effectively and sharing information appropriately. There will be a requirement to work overtime; both rostered and ad-hoc; at short notice as required to meet the needs of the Trust and its healthcare environment. There will also be a need to form part of the on-call response team to assist our out of hours staff where required.
