Full Job Description
- Develop & execute brand and product marketing strategy (marketing, advertising, promotional activities) to attract, retain and grow customer traffic into retail site.
- Ensure integrated marketing communication across all points of sales (showroom, digital, outdoor, etc.).
- Select, supervise and gain most value from external service providers.
- Plan & execute marketing budget to achieve best value & benefit ratio.
- Use market insights & analytics to support brand & product marketing activities in dynamic automotive environment.
- Ensure strong and effective planning and execution of multiple projects.
- Practical participation in execution of work/activities.
- Ensure compliance with OEM brand requirements, meet deadlines and achieve targets.
University degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics. - Successful work experience as Marketing Project Manager in retail or customer service industries.
- Strong knowledge of brand positioning, media management, advertising, event organization & life cycle analysis.
- Financial skills to control costs and budget.
- Hands on the digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to work attitude with strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and Latvian.
