Full Job Description

Assess and inspect the condition of alloy wheels for damage such as dents, scuffs, and scratches.

- Perform repairs on alloy wheels, including but not limited to grinding, sanding, filling, and painting.

- Ensure colour and texture match for refurbished wheels is consistent with the original or customer specification.

- Use a variety of hand and power tools to repair wheels to a high standard.

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored correctly.

- Manage inventory of supplies like paints and DA equipment and order new stock as needed.

- Liaise with customers to provide updates and manage expectations regarding repair times and costs.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workshop.

Proven experience as an alloy wheel repair technician or similar role.

- Knowledge of alloy wheel repair processes and techniques.

- Competency in using tools and equipment required for wheel refurbishment.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills, able to explain technical details to customers.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
