Outdoor Breeding herd Manager

We are seeking a unit manager for our 800 sow breeding unit producing 7Kg piglets. You will be responsible for the day to day management for the farm and the staff on it to ensure that all welfare and health and safety protocols are adhered to. You will have to be able to demonstrate all areas within the breeding circle and be able to manage the performance of the unit as per the requirements set out by the company. This position would be ideal for someone with previous managerial experience or someone that is looking to progress with in the industry, training can be given by the company to help individuals achieve their aspirations.
