Are you a band 6 or experienced Band 5 OT looking for a new challenge to support patients to regain independence & function? Are you wanting a short term opportunity to try inpatient rehab? Are you wanting to build your knowledge & understanding of patient flow & bedded units?

Intermediate care services in Somerset are well established and have been hugely successful in shaping policy at a national level. In Intermediate Care we are committed to investing in people; forging new partnerships between health, social care, the care agency sector and voluntary services.

In Somerset we have proven that when we work together, we can achieve truly great things for people.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic OT to join our MDT. We are a friendly and supportive MDT.

We have an opportunity in Oake Meadows nursing home, our bedded unit in Taunton.

You need to be a car driver with a valid driving licence or have access to transport with appropriate business insurance in order to travel throughout the Trust, to meet the needs of the service.

As an organisation, the NHS offers a wide range of benefits including flexible working, pension contributions, market leading annual leave allowance, career progression, and regular conversations, not to mention our Blue Light Card and NHS exclusive discounts.
