This role is a hybrid position with 3 days at home, 1 day in our Burton Head office and 1 Day at our Tadcaster Brewery (Fuel/Travel cost covered)

Your Purpose

We're now looking to recruit a Production Scheduler to join our brilliant Logistics and Planning Team.

The role is predominantly accountable for Planning & Scheduling Network Brewing material requirements through to our suppliers based on requirements generated by our core system.

Accountable for generating a Wk1 - Wk12 production schedule across all Network production lines (including re-pack, contract brew & pack and Bulk Tanking) to satisfy customer demand and maximise production efficiency.

Accountable for setting and Managing WIP Beer stock Policy aligned with end to end Supply Chain Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

-To schedule agreed Brewing Material supplier plans based on defined system rules and governance which ensures optimized delivery into our warehouse
-Ensure data is maintained in a timely and accurate manner which also allows accurate information for any emergency zone change requests.
-Review Brewing materials stock holding and make recommendation to improve service / flexibility and or reduce cash flow
-To schedule all Brewing & Packaging operations based on defined system rules and governance which ensures optimized Brewing & Packaging production line performance and stock profiles to achieve customer demand.
-Hold production accountable for schedule delivery, production conformance to plan and data performance to enable effective planning. Hold demand control to account for demand stability. With the planner drive root cause analysis for each schedule change and corrective action
-Review, maintain and challenge key data requirements to ensure scheduling accuracy and plan conformance improves via accurate demcap performance by sku and materials consumption.

-Strong knowledge of logistics and production process and system knowledge.
-Strong Analytical skills
-An ability to effectively interact and impact in a cross-functional environment with all levels of management
-Proven track record of holding others to account for performance
-Extremely high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
