Full Job Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will oversee the pallet manufacturing process. You will manage a shift and all direct
staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process. Ensure all products are made to the correct specifications and all
targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. Ensure that all direct staff comply with the Company's Health and Safety
procedures.

Your duties will include but not limited to, taking full responsibility of the shift/teams in terms of management of staff,
management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes. The successful
individual shall effectively drive a customer focused team, to ensure all products are delivered to the customer on time and are
fit for purpose and meet the customer specifications. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with management team to
ensure optimal performance.

As an experienced Production Team Leader, you will have a proven track record in leading and mentoring a team whilst leading by
example. You should be able to make appropriate decisions while following the company's organisational structure and also ensure
any decisions which require to be escalated are done so in a timely manner. Excellent attention to detail and competency in
decision making and problem solving is key to success.
