Full Job Description
- Operate and maintain the production line
- Follow operating procedures and adhere to H&S guidelines
- Operate a forklift for a variety of tasks
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the production area
- Loading/unloading of material/equipment/deliveries
- Trialling new mixes/products as part of scale-up
- General maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Mixing and dispensing of chemicals
- Working to targets within a team
- Ensuring orders are completed on time with quality standards met

- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Experience following SOPs and adhering to Health and Safety rules
- Experience working towards targets within a team
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Good communication and team working skills
- Ability to work independently
- Assertive and keen to improve processes and procedures
- Diligent in performing tasks to ensure all compliance requirements are maintained
- Strong IT skills
- Forklift Certified
- Experience undertaking quality control checks
- Experience completing verification/standard checks on QC equipment
- Repairing basic mechanical and electrical faults within the production lines
- Carry out basic fabrication/modifications to equipment and upgrades
- Undertaking PAT testing of all electrical equipment
