Programme Manager

The Programme Manager will provide co-ordination, leadership, and management, shaping a work programme to successfully deliver transformational change across the landscape of the NHS in Wales. Working in partnership with the clinical lead and Health Board cancer managers and primary care practitioners, to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate project plans. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills; the ability to build effective sustainable working relationships with key stakeholders and partners and proven experience of leading and implementing successful projects through a multi-disciplinary, multi-organisational and cross boundary approach. The post holder will be based at an NHS Executive, Cancer Network office and be willing to travel across sites within NHS Wales.
