Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding Programme Management Office (PMO) team to help support transformation projects in all Operational and Corporate services in the Trust.

In this post you will begin your journey with us as a Band 3 whilst you undertake a Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship, working closely with your new team to gain the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours for this new role.
The apprenticeship is to be completed within 24 months and on successful completion, you will progress into the Band 4 role of Project Support Officer providing project support to a range of stakeholders, within the Trust and beyond.

+ Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders in relation to the provision of effective workforce projects
+ Receive and respond to project related queries either face to face, over the phone, or electronically
+ Undertake the organisation and planning of PMO duties as directed
+ Gain an understanding of and take ownership of the administration tasks associated with PMO functions
+ Run and collate reports, both qualitative and quantitative including supporting with reports to senior management level, This post will be subject to successful completion of a 6 month probationary period where applicable, further details would be included within any offer letter.
Where operationally feasible the Trust supports agile working, there is an expectation of attendance of 1 day per week at a Trust site as a minimum operationally. Unless specifically stated in the advert that a role will have home as the base of work, all roles will have the option to work from a Trust base if remote working is not for you.
If required for the post the ability to commute within the Trusts geographical area with access to the appropriate means of transport would be essential.
