Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced property manager that is AIRPM or MIRPM qualified (please do not apply if you are not), to join our property management team to take responsibility for a portfolio of properties.
Main Responsibilities
Resolving all customer issues.
Complete site inspections according to legislation and company procedures.
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in property management.
Maintaining a schedule of remedial and major works, inspections, meetings and other on-site visits.
Management and liaison with contractors.
Management of service charge and budgeting accounts on behalf of your portfolio.
Advising clients on budgeting.
Meeting with key stakeholders such as landlords, leaseholders and freeholders.
Attend AGMs and other meetings.

Must be AIRPM or MIRPM qualified.
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Excellent phone manner.
A commitment to great customer service.
Confidence in dealing with customers and contractors.
Excellent attention to detail.
Numeracy skills.
Presentation skills.
Disciplined approach to organising a large workload.
Competent in using Microsoft Office suite.

Block Management UK Ltd is a successful property management company boasting a prestigious portfolio of residential apartment blocks, and estates ranging from two to 500 units across the UK.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: 08:30 / 17:00 Monday to Friday
Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays
