Full Job Description
- Co-ordinate the required Cytiva associates to support customers quality reviews.
- Liaise with Manufacturing Operations, Product Management, Product Care and Quality teams concerning information required to support customer feedback.
- Accountable for leading Quality Agreement negotiations with customers.
- Ensure urgent customer quality feedback requests are managed timely & escalated as needed to relevant stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree qualified or a proven background and experience within quality assurance. - A proven background working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral).
- Demonstrated understanding or aptitude to understand QMS requirements related to ISO9001, ISO13485 and pharma GMP requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization around concepts of design controls, design verification and validation activities; production & process controls; Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA), complaints & risk management; & product quality improvement.
- Strong technical aptitude i.e. able to read & comprehend technical documentation & execute procedures
- Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy under crisis situations to ensure compliance
