Full Job Description

As our Resourcing Advisor you will take responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of engineering vacancies across different disciplines and locations throughout the UK. This could be Civil or Structural Engineers, Transport Planners, Project Managers or Building Surveyors.

We are looking for a consultative 'hands on' recruiter, who has worked with professional services type clients; this could have been in an in-house/RPO role, or in agency recruiting for white collar roles such as HR, Finance, Project Management or similar.

  • As a Resourcing Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a portfolio of engineering vacancies across different disciplines and locations.

  • You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their resourcing needs, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience.

  • You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our resourcing processes and systems, and support the development of our employer brand and talent pipeline.

  • Headhunting using recruitment platforms such as Linkedin, and campaign planning for volume recruitment campaigns

  • Support Projects; where required support HR team projects or business sponsored projects - e.g.

  • mobilisations, resizing projects, recruitment drives

    You have a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns, ideally in the engineering sector, or a related field.

  • You have experience of managing multiple vacancies, using a variety of sourcing methods and channels, and working with internal and external partners.

  • You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • You have a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • You have a passion for finding and attracting the best talent, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
