Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on leads and developing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for exceeding targets. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to qualify them for grants.

Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication.

Collaborate with internal teams, including administration and customer service, to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Independently assess where to allocate leads and information.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and skill development through training and feedback sessions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

Highly motivated with a drive for results and a passion for exceeding targets.

Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges and changing market conditions.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow in the profession.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.,
