Full Job Description

This is a hands-on role, giving exposure to a variety of different marketing avenues both offline and online. You will be working with our sales, EV, and metering team and will be involved in a variety of different exciting projects.

You will be responsible for driving sales and implementing the marketing strategy, contributing towards the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, promoting products, services, and raising the profile of the EES brand. This role will be required to evaluate the impact of activities undertaken, and contribute to the general operations of the business.

Duties will include:

  • Producing creative content, including videos, case studies and new items

  • Social media account management, with a focus on LinkedIn.

  • Sourcing advertisement opportunities and placing adverts online.

  • Writing, proofreading, and optimising content for both on and offline campaigns, including email marketing.

  • Organising and attending events such as conferences, open days, and exhibitions

  • Liaising with designers, and printers and organising photoshoots

  • Preparing promotional presentations and organising promotional events

  • Light website work using Elementor

  • Building knowledge and understanding of the EV and Renewable energy sector.

  • Maintaining and updating customer databases

  • Tracking and monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports for management

  • Building knowledge and understanding of the EV and Renewable energy sector.

  • Engage with customers to provide comprehensive information about our range of EV chargers, explaining our installation process, and guiding them through our process.

    We are looking for an energetic, driven, client-focused team player, who is willing to learn, grow and develop with our fantastic team., Digital / Marketing experience: 1+ years (required)

  • Degree in Marketing (preferred) or equivalent

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Understanding of CRM tools, Google AdWords, SEO and online analytics

  • Knowledge of marketing trends and social media marketing techniques

  • Understanding or experience of developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Familiarity with different social media platforms such Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

  • Knowledge of email marketing software like MailChimp & Hubspot

  • Basic design software skills such as Photoshop, Indesign and Canva.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Strong organisational skills

  • A creative approach to new campaigns

  • Commercial awareness

  • Good numeracy skills

  • UK driving licence
