Senior Business Support Officer

As a result of a successful secondment Business & Executive Support (BEST) has an exciting opportunity for a fixed term position for a snr Business support officer within the team supporting our Health & Care Directorate

Main Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Adult Safeguarding &Community Safety Business Support team. Coordinating the teams workloads and priorities in line with customer requirements.


• To collate and present Performance data to senior managers and customers


• To promote the use of digital applications


• To promote a learning culture and develop the team to be innovative in identifying process improvements
  
  The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience with the ability to lead and develop a team. Good interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to deliver an excellent service managing resources, priorities and expectations.
