Are you a proven Senior Character Artist that wants to have a significant impact on brand new game with a popular IP?

As a Senior Character Artist you'll be working in a small, fast and agile team whilst collaborating closely with Concept Artist, Animators and outsource partners. You'll strive to deliver character work to a high standard, make suggestions and improvements to current processes and taking ownership of a variety of art tasks.

This role suits you if you're looking to work on a unique art style and you excel when given creative freedom.

What you'll be doing:

  • Consistently deliver character work to a very high standard

  • Create and develop game character assets from inception to final review

  • Own and deliver large and complex areas of character art

  • Knowledge sharing with others by freely exchanging skills through training and mentoring

    Professional knowledge of relevant software and pipelines for creating character art assets

  • Extensive hands-on Game Engine and character art pipelines experience

  • A willingness and ability to learn, accept and act on constructive feedback

  • Strong communication skills: an ability to communicate ideas and concepts in a visual manner

  • Good understanding and experience of the entire game production cycle and associated issues

  • Professional knowledge of art fundamentals and anatomy that
